Delivery + Returns
DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA
Delivery costs will be calculated according to the weight of your parcel and the destination for delivery, as per our courier charges.
We endeavour to dispatch products within 1-2 working days from our studio however, please note due to COVID-19 impacting delivery times, delivery within Australia can now take up to one week or more depending on service availability.
While we can ship to most countries in Europe and around the world, including the USA, Canada, UAE, Asia, and New Zealand, we currently do not have international shipping available on our store. This is due to some international destinations having shipment restrictions and also due to excessive rates for international shipments from Australia during the ever-changing COVID-19 landscape.
Should you reside outside of Australia and wish to order from our range, we are more than happy to arrange your order directly. Please email us directly to arrange a shipping estimate: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be aware that international delivery costs have had a huge rise and we have had to increase the cost of shipping to our customers. There can be also be extensive delivery delays due to impacts of COVID-19, so your order may take longer than usual to arrive - we anticipate at best it can take up to 10 days, or up to 4-6 weeks at worst. Unfortunately this is out of our control - we endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 days from our studio, but the delivery process thereafter is determined by the individual courier service and service congestion depending on each country. We will always keep you as informed of estimated times of delivery as possible, with a tracking number also available.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Please note, additional customs charges, duties or fees may be added when your order reaches its destination. These are out of our control and we are not to be held responsible for paying them. Tulasii is not responsible for any delays should the package be detained in customs for any reason.
We supply you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery of your order yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders on your behalf and therefore, in the event that you need to alter the delivery address after your order has been dispatched, we ask that you rearrange delivery with the service provider using the contact details provided with your tracking number as soon as possible.
*Please note, if you haven't rescheduled the delivery within the holding period time, they may return the item to the sender once the holding period has expired. In that case, we are more than happy to resend the items again (at no extra charge to you) on the condition that you are available to receive them. If delivery fails again and they are returned to us, we are not obliged to resend the items more than once or offer a refund.
We want you to love your purchase (and we are sure that you will!). However, in the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, you can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
We can not accept returns and exchanges for jewellery in the following cases:
- Pierced earring purchases (this is due to health regulations)
In order to return your product, please notify us through our contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions on how to return your item.
International orders may be subject to local charges, customs costs or import duties once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Click here for more information on returns, exchanges and shipping.
Note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item and that the item shows no signs of being worn. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Tulasii will refund your return shipping cost (but not the cost of the item itself) if the item has been incorrectly sent or returned in a defective state.
Please note if you see something else you like on our website in a similar design or colour at the same price, we will be happy to exchange this if the stock is available. If the stock is not available we will refund you.
In the event you receive a product that is faulty, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. Faulty goods can only be returned/refunded/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
